1) Maran HaRav Yechezkel Levenstein zt'l, the mashgiach of Ponevezh Yeshiva, was accustomed to tell others that a wonderful segulah for refu'ah is saying the bracha of asher yotzar word by word, out loud, with full kavana and concentration.

2) The Kadmonim advise to say chapters 6, 30, and 142 of Tehillim after the daily tefilla

3)It is cited in the name of the Kadmonim that before taking a medicine one should say, "May it be for a refu'ah sheleimah by the zechut of Avraham, Yitzchak, Yaakov, Sarah, Rivka, Rachel, and Leah." He should have the kavana that refu'ah comes only from Hashem and that he is taking the medicine solely to fulfill his obligation to do some hishtadlut


4) Likutei Tzvi (pg. 22) writes that when someone is sick or finds himself in a crisis, he should say, with tears, the tefilla that Chizkiyohu Hamelech davened when he was sick, since he was eventually cured (Melachim II 20). In this way he will be both healed and saved from all harsh Divine judgments. See Sefer Ta'amei HaMinhagim (pg. 319), who mentions this segulah too. The Vavei HaAmudim writes that even if someone is not aroused to cry during this tefilla he should nonetheless say the tefilla "in a crying tone," and that will be considered somewhat as if he were crying. Likewise, if he says the tefilla for a long time he will be accorded the merit as if he had said it with tears. Others claim that if the sick person himself cannot say this tefilla he should ask his relatives and friends who are distressed by his condition to say it for him.

shefa(abundance from Hashem) Hashem will take away your shefa(namely
your zivug).

7) Say Tikun Klali – most problems of not being able to find a wife come from Pgam Habrit(wasting seed). Say Tikun Klali and tell Hashem that you are very interested in stopping your sins but need his help by getting you married

Rebbe Nachman writes that Kidush Levanah (Blessing of New Moon) is a very auspicious time to pray for marriage

9)A segula to find a proper shidduch is to say at the end of Shemonah Esrei, before יהיו לרצון, these two pesukim from Mishleiמָצָא אִשָּׁה מָצָא טוֹב וַיָּפֶק רָצוֹן מֵד׳ (יח,כב) and  בַּיִת וָהוֹן נַחֲלַת אָבוֹת וּמֵד׳ אִשָּׁה מַשְׂכָּלֶת(יט,יד) and after that a tefila to find a good shidduch.
